Scope and Contents
This collection contains family photographs from the 1920s to the 1950s, photographs of the Ukrainian Village in Somerset, NJ, the Avramenko dance ensemble in New York City, and St. Volodymyr Cathedral events. It also contains an informal oral history in which Barbara Pershyn Poseluzny describes the contents and identifies some of the individuals in the photographs in the collection. In addition, it also contains letters and greeting cards from Fr. (later Bp.) Jeremiah of Brazil and letters from an unidentified relative in Ukraine. There are also pamphlets and other ephemera and two beaded "kotyl'on" ornaments.
