Scope and Contents
This series contains records related to the activity of the government of the Ukrainian People's Republic in Exile and Vikentii Shandor's activity therein, including correspondence, memoranda, proclamations, and other materials. It also includes materials related to the Ukrainian National Council and the Ukrainian Congress Committee. Also included are copies of records from 1948.
